TRANSFER UPDATES


NO MAN UTD BID FOR BELOTTI
Manchester United have not made an official offer for Andrea Belotti and are having doubts about the Torino striker’s €100 million (£88m) buy-out clause, according to the Manchester Evening News .
Belotti has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford, but United’s priority is to finalise a deal for Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata.


PELLEGRINI IN PALACE TALKS
Crystal Palace have held talks with Manuel Pellegrini to succeed Sam Allardyce as manager, Sky Sports reveal .
Ex-England national team boss Allardyce left after keeping the Selhurst Park side in the Premier League and the club have now turned to the 63-year-old former Manchester City boss to guide them into the future.



CHELSEA DEMAND £10M FROM L'POOL
Chelsea will request £10 million from Liverpool in compensation for Dominic Solanke, according to Evening Standard.
The 19-year-old striker is set to join Jurgen Klopp's side, but the Merseyside club must pay Chelsea after raising him through their youth system. The Reds are offering £3m, which is below Chelsea's initial valuation of £8m, but they have increased that even further after his vital role in England's U20 World Cup win.


CITY & BARCA AFTER LEIPZIG KIDS
RB Leipzig are trying to hold off interest from Manchester City and Barcelona two of their youth team stars, according to reports in Germany and Spain .
Central midfielder Erik Majetschak, 17, has attracted attention from Manchester City, while striker Niklas Kuhn is coveted by Barcelona.
Their futures at Ralph Hasenhuttl's side are uncertain, and a deal for Majetschak could be arrranged as Leipzig are interested in taking on City's young winger Jadon Sancho.


BELLERIN WANTS BARCELONA
Hector Bellerin hopes Barcelona will continue to try to sign him from Arsenal after talks with president Josep Maria Bartomeu, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The Catalan side have been heavily linked with the right-back, but his long-term commitment and importance to the Gunners complicates a deal.
But the Spaniard is hoping for a return to the Catalan side and will discuss the idea with Arsene Wenger.


VERRATTI ON BARCA: NOW OR NEVER
Marco Verratti has told those close to him that he will fight to join Barcelona from Paris Saint-Germain, Mundo Deportivo say .
The French side are determined to hold onto him, but Barca's interest is strong and Verratti is said to have told friends while on holiday in the Balearic Islands that he cannot wait much longer to make the move.


DANILO TO STAY AT MADRID
Danilo will stay at Real Madrid next season after telling the club he is ready to fight for his place in Zinedine Zidane’s team, according to Marca .
The right-back has been linked with a move to Arsenal, as a potential replacement for Barcelona target Hector Bellerin, but now wants to stay at Santiago Bernabeu following a difficult past season.


HART CONSIDERS TORINO STAY
Joe Hart is considering staying at Torino, according to Tuttosport, as he has not been convinced by other options.
The goalkeeper bid farewell to the Serie A side after his season on loan from Manchester City and has been linked to West Ham, but a move is said to be unlikely.
Having spoken highly of Torino, Hart is open to continuing his adventure with the club while playing first-team football.


PALACE IN FOR MAN CITY STRIKER
Crystal Palace will challenge West Ham to the signing of Kelechi Iheanacho from Manchester City, The Mirror reports.
Iheanacho has said he wants to stay at City, but is expected to find playing time unlikely next season. The Hammers have made the £20 million forward a top target , but Palace are plotting their move.


LYON WANT GIROUD-LACAZETTE SWAP
Lyon have begun talks with Arsenal over an exchange between Olivier Giroud and Alexandre Lacazette, Le10 Sport say .
Lacazette was set to join Atletico Madrid, but their transfer ban has ended the possibility, and Arsenal are hopeful of capitalising on it and snapping up their long-term target.
Giroud is being pursued by West Ham , but a move back to France may be more alluring as Lyon are hoping to add him to part of the deal.


ARSENAL KEEN ON SMALLING
Arsenal are among those keeping a close eye on Chris Smalling's situation at Manchester United, reports The Sun.
With the Red Devils having put a deal in place for Victor Lindelof, they are expected to freshen up their defensive ranks - with West Ham also keen on England international Smalling.


JUVE JOIN MAHREZ CHASE
Juventus are the latest club to express an interest in Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez, according to the Daily Mirror .
Arsenal have been heavily linked with the Algeria international, while Barcelona have been mentioned as possible suitors in the past.


BAYERN CLOSE IN ON TOLISSO
Bayern Munich are set to beat Chelsea to Lyon midfielder Corentin Tolisso, Bild
reports.
The France international will travel to Germany on Wednesday for a medical ahead of his transfer and could be signed by the end of the day.
Bayern, meanwhile, will maintain their interest in Paris Saint-Germain's Marco Verratti.
