Liverpool have seen a bid of €20 million for defender Stefan de Vrij rejected by Lazio, according to Football Italia .
With Inter and Chelsea both chasing the Dutch international, the offer from the Reds has been deemed very low by the Italian side, with the club hoping to land €35m for the 25-year-old.
