Chief Akintola described the idea of the new master plan as; ‘’a thoughtful concept that will re-position the ancient city of Ibadan back to its place as a centre of excellence and architectural wonders in Nigeria and continent of Africa.”
Reacting to the presentation of the final draft of a 20-year master plan to the state government at the State House Agodi Ibadan.
Chief Akintola in a statement disclosed that the new master plan would end the ugly incidence of flooding and create a new sustainable environment for economic and industrial development in the state.
