ROONEY TO RETURN TO EVERTON
Everton are confident of bringing Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney back to Goodison Park during the transfer window, reports Talksport .
Rooney’s future at Old Trafford is uncertain as he is no longer a guaranteed starter and he has been linked with moves to China and Major League Soccer.
A return to his first club Everton has also been mooted and it is reportedly ‘almost inevitable’ that Rooney will head back to Merseyside this summer.


BARCA LEAD RACE FOR BONUCCI
Barcelona are leading the race to sign Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci, according to the Daily Mirror .
Chelsea had hoped to sign the Italy international, but the centre-back himself would prefer a move to Camp Nou if he were to leave the Serie A champions.


MARSEILLE PESSIMISTIC OVER GIROUD
Olympique Marseille are losing hope of securing the services of Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud this summer, according to a report in L'Equipe .
The Ligue 1 giants are huge admirers of the France international, but appear resigned to missing out on the 30-year-old as they consider other options in attack.


LEICESTER WANT £18M GENT GOALKEEPER
Leicester are considering an £18 million bid (€21m) for Gent goalkeeper Lovre Kalinic, according to Sportske novosti .
The 27-year-old Croatia international had been on the radar of Everton, who saw a €20m offer rejected by the Belgian club, who are holding out for a €25m fee.


INTER EYE €49M DI MARIA
Inter are set to make an ambitious move for Paris Saint-Germain forward Angel Di Maria, according to Tuttosport , via the Sun .
The Serie A giants are said to be preparing a £43 million (€49m) bid for the Argentina international, who scored 13 goals in all competitions for PSG last season, including four in seven Champions League outings.


SPURS MAKE IMPROVED €30M ADRIEN OFFER
Tottenham Hotspur have increased their efforts to sign Sporting Lisbon midfielder Adrien Silva by offering €30 million to the Portuguese club, according to A Bola .
The report indicates that Spurs' initial offer of €20m was rejected, with Sporting holding out for a fee in the region of €35m for their captain.


SWANSEA EYE CHALOBAH LOAN
Swansea City are eyeing a loan move for Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah, according to the Daily Mirror .
The Swans are already closing in on Chalobah's team-mate Tammy Abraham, and Paul Clement now wants to make it a double deal for the young Blues stars.


KEITA TO HOLD FUTURE TALKS
Jurgen Klopp wants Liverpool to step up their pursuit of Naby Keita as the midfielder prepares to hold talks with RB Leipzig regarding his future, The Times reports.
Keita is a prime target for Klopp as he looks to improve his squad and is prepared to break the club’s transfer record in order to bring the Guinea international to Anfield.
Leipzig don’t want to sell Keita and reportedly value the versatile midfielder in the €80 million bracket, while Liverpool have offered him a £130,000 a week contract.


JIMENEZ DRAWING PREMIER LEAGUE ATTENTION
Benfica are taking offers for Mexico international forward Raul Jimenez and are expecting a Premier League club to make a big offer for the No.9, according to A Bola .
Liverpool and West Ham have been mentioned, with the Hammers previously interested in the 26-year-old, though Turkish clubs also are reportedly in the race.


CHICHARITO IS WEST HAM'S PRIORITY
After failed attempts to bring another forward to London, West Ham have turned their focus to bringing Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez back to the Premier League, according to ESPNFC .
Hernandez has a year left on his deal at Bayer Leverkusen but could be set to leave the Bundesliga. Chicharito also has been linked with a switch to Ligue 1.

Liverpool have told Paris Saint-Germain that Philippe Coutinho will cost €100 million (£87m) after knocking back an enquiry for their Brazilian star, The Mirror reports.
PSG have joined Barcelona in showing an interest in the former Inter Milan playmaker, but Liverpool have no intention of selling during the transfer window and have tried to deter suitors by slapping a huge price tag on Coutinho.


CHELSEA JOIN DANILO HUNT
Chelsea have joined Juventus in showing an interest in Danilo, with Real Madrid prepared to sell the right-back if they receive an offer of at least €35 million, according to Marca .
Danilo has been earmarked as a potential replacement for Dani Alves at Juventus after previous reports that the Brazilian was willing to stay at Madrid to fight for his place.


MAN UTD LINE UP BARTRA BID
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is considering a move for Borussia Dortmund defender Marc Bartra, reports AS.
Mourinho has already strengthened his defence this summer by signing Victor Lindelof from Benfica and sees former Barcelona centre-half Bartra as an ideal addition to his squad.


CHELSEA PLAN ALLI BID
Chelsea are prepared to make a potentially world-record breaking offer for Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli, according to Don Balon .
Antonio Conte is keen to make a statement during this transfer window, and wants to buy Alli despite him having a pricetag in excess of €100 million.
Romelu Lukaku is also a target for Conte despite his own asking price being in the same region as that of Alli.
