Forget about Lukaku and Morata: Here's Conte's summer transfer priority for Chelsea

Lukaku seemed set to join Chelsea from Everton but things now seem unsure. With Spanish international Diego Costa set to leave the Blues, Conte absolutely wants his team to sign a world class forward.
According to the Daily Star (via the Express) , it seems like Conte has his eye on Torino's Andrea Belotti. President Urbano Cairo is looking to get 100 million euros for his striker. There is a clause in the Italian national team player's contract that would allow any non-Italian teams to get him for a sum equivalent to 100 million euros.
Chelsea are inching closer to finalizing a deal for Alex Sandro but it seems like if Conte isn't too pleased with what his club have done so far on the transfer market.
